Cloud Login Product/Service Incident Report - Performance Issues

Message: We are investigating an issue that is causing our customers to lose connection to the Cloud Workspace when using the HCSS RDP App and cloud.hcss.com website. Because this is a performance issue, feature responsiveness for our Cloud access clients may be slower than normal or unavailable. We apologize for this inconvenience and are quickly working to resolve this issue. We will provide and update as soon as we have further details, or the matter is resolved. HCSS Telematics Product/Service Incident Report - Partial Outage

Affected Products and Features: HCSS Telematics

We have identified the issue causing the outage in our ping processing services for Geometris units and have deployed a fix. Pings are starting to process and may be delayed up to 17 hours as they catch up. We apologize for this inconvenience and are quickly working to resolve this issue.
